I don't know what this young brother has or has done other than what little I've heard but I don't have reason to believe that he has the money to necessarily afford this. I know that there are people in the industry that's been in it waaay longer than him and still don't have this luxury. I just hope that he made a good decision on this one.. Seems like "we" just don't learn from other folks mistakes.. What yall think??

As far as we know, life ends next year, so lets grab the rest of life by the horns and if we fall and fail we have something to blame it on.
