NBA HEADS: HARD CAP IS A COMIN (No More SuperTeams)

A hard cap of 45 million is what the owners are proposing
Basically if a team is over the cap the only way they can improve is through the draft.
Also here is the killer. Many teams like the Heat, Boston and Lakers will have to convince their players to take less money or trade them to fit under the cap.
The players will likely agree to this than the franchise tag that has been rumored but anyone who follows basketball knows the players union always crack. ALWAYS.
So the Lakers and other teams will have to decide who are they willing to give up.
