you don't get your hands up to protect yourself.....
I saw a woman fall in front of me on locust street in Philly...
She had a bag in each hand and tripped on a sidewalk crack...
The lady fell face first like a tree and her arms never left her side to protect her face.....
She still had her hands on the handles of the bags.....
She must have had a "westworld" short circuit or something
It might have been funnier but her face was busted up like crazy......
Next time..... jettison the bags...protect the grill.....************************************************
