White JUSTICE: Jon Graham Burge to only serve 4 1/2 years - Victims 20-30 Years! The 63-year-old former police commander, Jon Burge, reported to the Butner Federal Correctional Complex in North Carolina, where he will spend 4½ years. He was sentenced last month for three counts of obstruction of justice and perjury.
Jon Burge began his sentence just as one of his alleged victims, Eric Caine, was released 25 years after he said he was tortured into confessing to murder.
