Owners have already threaten and promise that if there is a lockout it will not be for months (98-99 season) it will be for the whole season.
Many of the older players are considering not just coming back. Many of the players considering retirement. Nash Garnett,Ray Allen, Kidd and others current contracts would be over at the end of the 2012 season so their new contract would be negotiated under the new CBA.
